CONDITIONS OF WORKSHOP ENROLLMENTS
 
Transfers
Transfers between courses require at least 2 weeks notice prior to the commencement of the initial event and must be of equal value. Only (1) transfer is allowed per original registration and a withdrawal from the transfer will revert back to original date of transfer with the original event.

Withdrawals
  • Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior - full refund less 10%
  • Cancellation less than 6 weeks but more than 3 weeks - full refund less 70%
  • Cancellation less than 3 weeks no refund

Please note that by transacting on this website WE have PayPal transaction fees deducted from what YOU pay US. Likewise, if a refund is issued, PayPal may retain a Fee for service from YOUR refund which is not our responsibility.

Cancellation of workshop due to poor student numbers
Complementary Health Seminars will contact registered students with two weeks minimum notice in the event that a workshop is to be cancelled. If you intend booking flights or accommodation prior to the workshop, please contact Complementary Health Seminars first to check the status of registrations prior to booking.

Q: Do you provide receipts?
A: If you purchase from our website, you will automatically receive an Invoice/Receipt via your email confirming the transaction.
